Working with a Edwardian terrace in Redfern, the key ambition of the project is to construct a rear studio to ‘bookend’ the house and garden, flexible in use to provide the following functional requirements for the owners:
- Work-from-home space
- Informal living area
- Granny flat for guest accommodation
- Function and performance space, with access from the rear pedestrian right-of-way
- Supporting ensuite and kitchenette/bar facilities
